In case you haven't noticed, there's been a few changes to Vault Games' online store. We've developed these changes with feedback from you, our customers, with the intent of making your experience on the store easier.

So here's a round up of everything that's changed:

Hello Clearance Section!

That's right. We now have a clearance section. If you're looking for a bargain, head on over there and see what we have available. Please keep in mind that the items in this section are priced this way only while we have them in stock and it is highly likely we will not be able to restock them so once they're sold, they'll be taken off the store. As always, if you're looking for something in particular, don't be afraid to reach out to us. Just because you can't find it on the store, doesn't mean we can't get it in.

Living Card Games are... alive

If you take a look at our Living Card Game area, you'll notice that we now have Game of Thrones: The Card Game - Second Edition and Lord of the Rings: The Card Game now available. We've also updated the pages for Warhammer 40,000: Conquest, Android: Netrunner and Star Wars: The Card Game with the latest cycles and preorders. What does this mean for you?  Now you can actually find the LCG packs you're looking for. Not only have we added tags to the products that help you find the different cycles (i.e. if you search for the Mumbad Cycle in Android: Netrunner), we've also laid out the collection pages in their release order withe the Core Set at the front and the latest cycle at the end.

In an effort to keep the online store as easy-to-use as possible, we must limit the amount of LCG products on it. So, to go along with the overhaul we made to the LCGs, we'll also be instituting a rotation of available products. The last 2 full cycles of each LCG will be available to order, regardless of our stock levels, but any card packs older than that (that aren't deluxe expansions) will be removed from the online store when our stock level reaches 0 for them. This doesn't mean that they are completely unavailable however. If there are older cycle packs that you are interested in getting, reach out to us via the contact us page or talk to one of the Vault Crew at our next event and we'll place an order for you.

We say goodbye to an old friend

To get the clearance section live on the site, we had to drop one of the elements of the online store that was under-performing. That section is trading cards. Unfortunately, without having a bricks and mortar location, we are unable to get access to enough product to make it worthwhile for us and for you. From now on, we will not be selling trading cards through the online store and will be phasing out the product we have. As a big fan of Magic: The Gathering myself, I'm disappointed that we had to make this move. I love the game and the people I get to play with but we have to let it go as it was taking much needed focus away from our board gaming events. We'll be updating our logo to reflect this change and look out for our remaining MTG product to hit the clearance section in the coming weeks. Don't worry though, we will be revisiting trading card games if and when we move towards a physical storefront.
