Mythic Commander Terms & Conditions

Upon subscribing to this membership, and for the duration of that subscription, you have access to the following membership benefits:

Standing Entry into your choice of Monday-Night or Tuesday-night Commander;
Entry into a Commander League Pool;
Purchase-to-Play Exemption;
And, if subscribed for three months or more, a limited annual MTG Vault Games Enamel Pin.

General Conditions

The Mythic Commander subscription is a recurring payment program
Subscribers will be charged the price of the subscription every period of time determined by them when they first subscribe (be it Weekly, Monthly, or Annualy, as described by the subscription when signing up)
The subscription fee will be charged to the subscriber's payment method nominated when subscribing
The subscriber can manage their subscription by logging into their customer account at https://www.vaultgames.com.au/account

You will be automatically added to every available Commander event of your preferred choice for the duration of your subscription at 10am on the day of that event.
If you have not confirmed your place in the event by 30 minutes prior to the event start (either through in-person check-in or contacting the store via phone), your entry will be removed and opened up to the general public.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle you to a partial or full refund of your subscription amount.
If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not be entitled to a partial or full refund of your subscription amount.
Public Holidays have been factored into the subscription and you will not be entitled to a partial or full refund of your subscription amount for a month where an event falls on a public holiday.
In the circumstance where an event is cancelled due to sudden closure, or a public holiday, a current standard Set Booster will be available for you at the next available event.
Standing Entry is not transferrable to another person.
Standing Entry is not transferrable to another event within 24 hours of that event.

You will be automatically entered into a Commander League pool.
Each entry into the Commander League adds $5 in singles.vaultgames.com.au credit into a central prize pool each quarter.
At the conclusion of the prize round of the regular Commander event, you must inform a Vault Games staff member of your placing on your table so that your points can be recorded.
You are only able to report one game per week. Once your game has been reported for that week, further reports will not be recorded.
Points are recorded as follows:

Note that points are based on your placement, meaning the minimum amount of points a player can earn on a 3-player table is 2 points.
These points are based on the number of players at the table, regardless of subscriber status.
It is the responsibility of you to ensure your points are correctly recorded at the conclusion of the prize round.
At the end of each calendar quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, & December 31), prizes will be awarded to the top 5 players of the league.
The prizes will be distributed via the following percentages:

Players who cancel your subscription prior to prize awarding will not be eligible to receive their prize, nor will their entry be counted towards the prize pool.

You will be exempt from the store’s Purchase-to-play requirement for the duration of your subscription.
Upon subscribing, you will be sent a link to a digital pass via email that can be added to your mobile device’s digital wallet.
You must show a valid digital pass upon entry to the store, or upon request of a Vault team member, either via your mobile device’s digital wallet, or via the link in the original subscription email.
It is your responsibility to have this digital pass accessible while in the store.

If the subscriber has retained their subscription uninterrupted for three months (i.e. by making three consecutive recurring payments to the subscription) they are entitled to a limited MTG Enamel Pin for the current year, as well as future MTG Enamel Pins while they remain subscribed
This pin will be designed, or commissioned, by Vault Games
Subscribers will be notified by Vault Games once they are eligible for the Enamel Pin
Leftover pins will be made available for purchase to the general public no less than 6 months after the design is retired from the subscription.

The subscriber can cancel their subscription any time by contacting orders@vaultgames.com.au, talking to a team member in store, or managing their subscription via their customer account.
If the subscriber cancels their subscription within 3 days of a payment being taken, and the subscriber has not utilised any benefits of the subscription in that period, they are able to receive a refund of that payment
