Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vault Games. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Australian Shipping

All shipped orders within Australia are marked as "Authority to Leave" unless Signature Required or Express Post is selected on checkout.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders, if the item was in-stock at the time of purchase, are processed within 2 business days of the order being placed, or, if the item was out of stock at the time of purchase, within 2 business days of the product arriving in store.

If an item is 'Order-in', it can vary how long this item takes to come into stock from our suppliers. If in stock at our supplier, it is likely to be 2-3 weeks to arrive in store. Other times, items may be out of stock at suppliers, and while we do our best to ensure our website it up to date, we have thousands of products on our site, and technology hasn't quite caught up for us to pull information from all our suppliers and the availability of each and every product, and have this update regularly. If you require a product ETA, please contact us at the time you place your order. 

Preorders are processed in a timeframe that allows for the product to arrive on or after the release date.

All orders will be held until all items in the order are in stock. We will not partially ship an order unless you contact us. Should you request an order to be partially shipped, please note there may be extra postage charges required.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays (except in some rare cases close to Christmas).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive an email notification with tracking once your parcel is shipped. Please check your spam folder if you cannot see it.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

As of April 2024, orders (including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers) will be shipped via our shipping client Shippit, which includes courier partners such as Couriers Please, Aramex, and AusPost Parcel Post at a flat rate of $15 per order. Please note parcels have authority to leave, unless you request otherwise. 

Orders over the value of $200 (after discounts, if any) will receive free standard domestic shipping.

If shipped via Standard Parcel Post, it is up to the discretion of the individual courier whether your parcel is left at your residence or taken to the nearest depot or post office. We do not have any control of a parcel once it has been picked up from our store(s).

Express Post orders are shipped via the Aus Post Express service and are charged at a $28 flat rate. Please note that not all post codes are covered by this service. You can view a list of the postcodes that are covered here.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, or by weather events. If you feel your order has been significantly delayed, in the first instance, we ask you contact Shippit via their contact service, if they do not respond, please contact us at https://vaultgames.com.au/pages/contact-us.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Vault Games is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

You must let us know within 48 hours of your order arriving if it has been damaged in transit. If your order has been damaged in transit, please do the following:

  • Contact us at https://vaultgames.com.au/pages/contact-us
  • Take photos of the damage to the product, and any damage on the shipping carton/satchel (we may ask for these once you have contacted us)
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

Products purchased knowingly damaged (i.e. through a clearance or damaged items sale) will not be eligible for compensation or replacement.

International Shipping

Vault Games does not ship internationally.
