Event Policy

Attending the Event

Multiple tickets to an event can be purchased by a single customer, and used by those nominated by the customer.

The customer purchasing the tickets must be present for the event, or, notify Vault Games at least twelve (12) hours prior to the event if someone else is attending the event in their stead.

The purchaser of the ticket, or their designated agent, must have Photo ID available at the time of collection.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian at all times.

Vault staff reserve the right to remove patrons from the play space.

Refunding your Ticket

You can cancel your attendance to a paid Vault Games' event and receive a full refund provided you notify Vault Games at least twelve (12) hours prior to the commencement time of the event by contacting Vault Games at https://vaultgames.com.au/pages/contact-us.

If you notify Vault Games within the twelve (12) hour period prior to the commencement time of an event, a refund will be given at Vault Games' discretion.

Any refunds will be made using the same payment method the ticket order was made with.

Failure to Attend Event

If you fail to attend the event without providing prior notification, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If a paid event you have purchased a ticket for is postponed or rescheduled, you will be notified as soon as possible by Vault Games and be entitled to a full refund if you decide to cancel your ticket due to this postponement or rescheduling.

Any refunds will be made using the same payment method the ticket order was made with.

Event Cancellations

In the event that an event is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible by Vault Games and be entitled to a full refund.
