Locker Subscriber Terms & Conditions

1. This Agreement is between the Subscriber and Vault Entertainment Pty Ltd acting as Trustee for Vault Entertainment Unit Trust trading as Vault Games (hereby known as the ‘Owner’).

SUBSCRIPTION LEVEL

2. The Subscriber agrees to be subscribed to the following subscription level:

• SMALL MONTHLY @ $15 per month
• SMALL ANNUAL @ $150 per year
• LARGE MONTHLY @ $20 per month
• LARGE ANNUAL @ $200 per year

3. The chosen subscription level will give the Subscriber access to the assigned locker for the duration of this agreement.
4. The Subscriber must pay via recurring charges set up at the following page (click for link):

• Subscription Setup for Small Locker
• Subscription Setup for Large Locker
• The Subscriber must provide a code-based lock to secure the locker.
• The Subscriber must provide the code for the lock to the Owner.

PAYMENT

7. The Subscriber agrees to pay amount outlined above for the chosen subscription level at the regularity chosen.
8. If the date of payment does not exist (such as on a month that does not have 31 days), the due date for that month’s payment will be moved forward to the soonest available date of the month.
9. If the Subscriber fails to pay the amount chosen in clause 3 of this agreement, the Borrower will issue a notice of failure to pay. If payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days of this notice being issued, this agreement will be terminated.
10. Payment is made through the Recurring Payment system here on Vault Games, utilising STRIPE Payment Processing. A Credit or Debit Card is required.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

11. Upon termination of this agreement, the Subscriber has seven (7) calendar days to vacate the locker.
12. If the subscriber fails to vacate the locker in this time, the Subscriber will be charged $5 + $1 per day to retrieve their goods.
13. If the Subscriber fails to vacate the locker within three (3) calendar months, the Owner may dispose of the contents as if the contents were abandoned property of no value.

RULES OF STORAGE

14. The Subscriber agrees to not store the following:
    • Any combustible, inflammable or hazardous materials or substances.
    • Any food or any other items that may have an objectionable odor or that may decay. and,
    • Any item that would result in a violation of any law or regulation applicable to the Owner.
15. The Subscriber shall: 
    • keep the locker clean and in good order,
    • locked except when placing items in and taking items out, or
    • not apply any alteration to the locker, apart from adjusting the internal shelving as necessary.
16. The Subscriber shall have access to the locker during standard operating hours of the Owner.

INDEMNITY AND INSURANCE

17. The Subscriber shall be deemed to have sole custody, care, and control of the contents of the Locker. The Owner shall not have, or be deemed to have, custody, care or control of the contents of the Locker, nor shall the Owner be deemed to be a bailee of the contents of the Locker.
18. The Owner will not be liable for any damages or loss to the Subscriber.
19. The Subscriber acknowledges that the Owner does not maintain insurance for the Renter against loss of the contents of the Subscriber’s Locker.
