Table Booking Policy

Due to the popularity of Vault Games and the limited table space at each store, table booking is available to customers. The Terms & Condition for table booking are as follows:

• A table booking entitles you to reserve one (1) table at the Vault Games store for a guaranteed period time.
• Table Bookings are charge at a fixed rate of $10 per four (4) hours of booking, regardless of how long the table is booked for.
• There is 30-minute tolerance on bookings. This means that if you don't turn up to your table within 30 minutes of your booking time, the table will no longer be reserved and your booking fee will not be refunded.
• A single table booking is for one (1) table of four (4) people (including an exemption of those 4 people from the store's Purchase-to-Play requirement). If you intend to have more than four (4) people present during your table booking, you must book extra tables as required. Failure to do so may result in your table booking being cancelled and not refunded.
• Bookings for Miniatures tables are for Miniatures gaming only. Incorrect bookings may be cancelled and refunded. Repeated incorrect booking may result in the removal of your ability to book tables.
• Bookings are only available through the online Skedda booking system. Tables cannot be booked by team members in store.
• Due to the popularity of some store events, it may not be possible to reserve a table. Only times clickable within the Skedda application are available for booking.
• In order to ensure adequete time is afforded for stores to plan events, bookings are only available within a 2 week window of the day you make your booking.
