The patented reusable hydration membranes by Redgrass Games are state-of-the-art innovations. They offer superior moisture control and paint consistency retention. The new membranes are proven to keep even small amounts of paint fresher for longer between painting sessions- the perfect aide for the busy miniature painter. Paints will not run, dilute or break, which means you can base, layer, and highlight all on one palette. 

Reusable Hydration Membranes

The Redgrass Games wet palette pushes efficiency to new limits, as the new one-sided membrane can be used multiple times. Testers have been able to use each membrane a minimum of 3 times, and up to 10 times, sometimes more. A reusable membrane saves you money

But what is a reusable membrane?

Existing paper sheets for wet palettes are single-use and need to be thrown away.  

The reusable membrane, however, can be rinsed clean easily. It means you can apply colours on it, do extended painting sessions with these colours, and then simply clean them, and start again with a new project. 

From various testing, you can reuse them at least 4 times for many different projects!  It will gradually stain over these cleaning cycles, but performance will remain consistent

Some independent reviewers have been able to reuse them up to 10x times. It really comes down to how careful your usage is. 

Cleaning paints when they have not cured yet improves the reusability greatly. But that's what the wet palette is good at, keeping your paints wet! 

So, with this 15-membrane pack, you can easily expect to carry around 60 projects or more.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders, if the item was in-stock at the time of purchase, are processed within 2 business days of the order being placed, or, if the item was out of stock at the time of purchase, within 2 business days of the product arriving in store.

Preorders are processed in a timeframe that allows for the product to arrive on or after the release date.

If an item is 'Order-in', it can vary how long this item takes to come into stock from our suppliers. If in stock at our supplier, it is likely to be 2-3 weeks to arrive in store. Other times, items may be out of stock at suppliers, and while we do our best to ensure our website it up to date, we have thousands of products on our site, and technology hasn't quite caught up for us to pull information from all our suppliers and the availability of each and every product, and have this update regularly. If you require a product ETA, please contact us at the time you place your order.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Orders (including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers) will be shipped via our shipping client Shippit, which includes courier partners such as Couriers Please, Aramex, and AusPost Parcel Post at a flat rate of $15 per order. Please note parcels have authority to leave, unless you request otherwise.

If shipped via Standard Parcel Post, it is up to the discretion of the individual courier whether your parcel is left at your residence or taken to the nearest depot or post office. We do not have any control of a parcel once it has been picked up from our store(s).

Express Post orders are shipped via the Aus Post Express service and are charged at a $28 flat rate. Please note that not all post codes are covered by this service.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, or by weather events.
