Discount & Discount Code Policy

Discounts on the Vault Games store may be provided through the use of in-store discounting or Discount Codes (Reminder: Discount Codes are codes entered during the checkout process exclusively online). These codes are promoted or given out at the discretion of Vault Games with an expiry date set by Vault Games.

Expired Discount Codes will not be honoured.

Discount Codes will not be applied to already-discounted preorder products, Games Workshop preorders, discounted bundles, already-discounted Clearance or Sale items, Alternate Cover Art Products or Paid Event Tickets. For information on our Preorder Policy, please click here.

Community Discounts

If you are a member of a local community group that has partnered with us, you may be entitled to a discount. The current community groups that receive a discount are:

• The University of Queensland Science-Fiction and Fantasy Society
• Queensland University Games Society (QUGS)
• QUT D&D Guild
• Veteran Gaming Australia

The terms and conditions of these discounts may vary between groups so please ask your relevant leadership team or group administrators as to what you may be entitled to

To receive your discount in-store, you will need to show your relevant membership card to a team member at checkout.

To receive your discount online, you can use the discount code provided to your group.
