Join us at Vault Games Clayfield on Saturday 21 of February from 10am and compete in the latest Warcry challenge.
This tournament will consist of 4 swiss-paired rounds. Each round will be given 75 minutes (there will be time between rounds for overtime, breaks, and resets). There will be a meal break after Round 2.
There will also be a prize for the Best Painted warband (as voted on by your fellow contestants).
Players will be expected to arrive from 10am to register, with games kicking off at 10:30am sharp. The schedule will be as follows:
10:00am - 10:30am: Registration
10:30am - 12:00pm: Round 1
12:00pm - 1:30pm: Round 2
1:30pm - 2:00pm: Lunch Break, Best Painted Voting
2:00pm - 3:30pm: Round 3
3:30pm - 5.00pm: Round 4
5:15pm: Winner Crowned, Best Painted Announced
This tournament will use the rules from the most recent Warcry Matched Play Battlepack. An explanation of Tournament Victory Points can be found on pages 96 - 97 of the Warcry Core Book. Tournament Quests will also be used during this event - the rules for these are presented on page 97 of the Warcry Core Book. The tournament organisers will indicate a Battleplan before each round that is to be used by each game in that round. Matches will be run through Best Coast Pairings.
You will field a warband of no more than 1000 points for this event. Each model in the warband must be assembled and painted to a Battle Ready standard. You must bring all up-to-date fighter profiles, ability and reaction cards, and compendium rules for your warband.
PRIZES
1st Place: $125 store credit
2nd Place: $75 store credit
3rd Place: $50 store credit
Best Painted: $50 store credit
Please ensure you have the following items with you at the tournament:
- Your Warband
- Access to the current rules from Warcry Core Book
- All relevant publications for your Warband
- Tokens, Dice and Measurement Tools
- Plastic Glue (for incidental breakages)
Usual Vault code of conduct applies, and participants must abide by the Vault Games Rules of Play
Shipment Processing Time
All orders, if the item was in-stock at the time of purchase, are processed within 2 business days of the order being placed, or, if the item was out of stock at the time of purchase, within 2 business days of the product arriving in store.
Preorders are processed in a timeframe that allows for the product to arrive on or after the release date.
If an item is 'Order-in', it can vary how long this item takes to come into stock from our suppliers. If in stock at our supplier, it is likely to be 2-3 weeks to arrive in store. Other times, items may be out of stock at suppliers, and while we do our best to ensure our website it up to date, we have thousands of products on our site, and technology hasn't quite caught up for us to pull information from all our suppliers and the availability of each and every product, and have this update regularly. If you require a product ETA, please contact us at the time you place your order.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Orders (including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers) will be shipped via our shipping client Shippit, which includes courier partners such as Couriers Please, Aramex, and AusPost Parcel Post at a flat rate of $15 per order. Please note parcels have authority to leave, unless you request otherwise.
If shipped via Standard Parcel Post, it is up to the discretion of the individual courier whether your parcel is left at your residence or taken to the nearest depot or post office. We do not have any control of a parcel once it has been picked up from our store(s).
Express Post orders are shipped via the Aus Post Express service and are charged at a $28 flat rate. Please note that not all post codes are covered by this service.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, or by weather events.
